Usage Instructions: Connectors and accessories should not be operated with power on or under load during normal use.
Our connectors come in various connection types, including but not limited to screw connections, welding connections, crimp and clamp connections, and molding injection connections.
A screw connection is a detachable electrical connection between the guide wire, screw, and terminal. It is designed according to DIN/EN 60999/VDE 0609 standards. This connection offers the advantage of not requiring special tools and can be done on-site.
Welding connections can be made to conductors using soldering irons and welders, or connectors to printed circuit boards. Solder joints and accessories are tested and certified according to DIN EN 60068 part 2-20. This connection is suitable for prefabricated cable connections and printed circuit boards. It is easy and fast to operate and offers the advantages of high pin density and reliability.
Crimp & clamp connections use crimping tools to physically twist wires and conductors together. This creates a non-detachable electrical connection. Connection requirements follow DIN IEC 60352 Part 2 standards. This type is suitable for field wiring and is characterized by high reliability and connection density.
Molding injection connections use custom tooling to create a shape and size that covers and protects the contact fields between conductors. This type is suitable for prefabricated cable connections and for users who desire a customized installation and appearance.

4. All goods will be 100% tested by electronics test and visual test before out-going shipment.
With the above operation, we will try our best to make sure the goods delivered to customer are qualified and per Data sheet.
Samples Request:
We normally provide 2~5 pcs free samples of standard products in stock, and the Buyer will only need to cover the international freight.
For OEM products we also provide the sampling service while the Buyer pay for necessary & reasonable sampling cost.
We normally use DHL, FeDEx, and UPS to ship samples which will take within 3~7 days(detailed per Buyer location address).
Leadtime:
Our leadtime is normally 3 weeks.
If OEM product, it will be 4 weeks.
For high volume order, if there is forecast communication and agreement, we will prepare material so that leadtime can be 1 week.
