Our connectors have several connection types, including not limited: screw connections, welding connections,
Crimp & clamp connection, molding injection connection, etc;
A screw connection is a detachable electrical connection between the guide
wire, screw, and terminal. Designed according to DIN/EN 60999/VDE 0609.
This connection of advantage is independent of special tools and can be operated on-site.
Welding connections can be wired to conductors via electro-solder irons and
welders, or connectors to printed circuit boards.
Solder joints and accessories are tested and signed according to DIN EN 60068 part 2-20 operation.
This connection is suitable for prefabricated cable connection and printed circuit board, it is easy and fast
to operate and has a high pin density of advantage and high reliability.
Crimp & Clamp connection uses crimping tools to physically twist wires and
conductors together, is a non-detachable electrical connection. Connection
requirements according to DIN IEC 60352 Part 2.
This is suitable for field wiring, high reliability, high connection density
characteristics.
Molding injection connection is to use custom tooling to form a shape and size to cover and protect
the contact fields between the conductors.
This connection is suitable for prefabricated cable connections and for users who would like a
customized installation and appearance.

4. All goods will be 100% tested by electronics test and visual test before out-going shipment.

Samples Request:
We normally provide free samples 2~5 pcs of standard products in stock, and the Buyer will only need to cover the international freight.
for OEM products we also provide the sampling service while the Buyer pay for necessary & reasonable sampling cost.
We normally use DHL, Fedex, UPS to ship samples which will take within 3~7 days(detailed per Buyer location address).
Leadtime:
Our leadtime is normally 3~4 weeks.
If OEM product, it will be 4~5 weeks for 1st order, fucture will be normal as 3~4 weeks.
For high volume order, if there is forecast communication and aggrement, we will prepare material so that leadtime can be 1~2 weeks.
Shipping Way:
We accept that you have your carrier to ship cargos, and we have
experienced oversea opporator to handle carrier detailed work.
And also, we can also include the international transportation for customers, as we have long term relationship with interational logistics partner for air, ocean shipment.
