- Our factory is equipped with a complete set of necessary testers, including but not limited to 2.5D and 3D profile projector tester, harness tester, salt spray tester, height gauge, plug gauge, magnifier, etc.
- We maintain long-term relationships with local factories for the supply of raw materials and surface treatment, enabling us to respond quickly and provide samples for your inquiries.

Molds Leadtime:
We normally will need 4 weeks, including molds design, manufacturing, assembly, and products sampling;
Quality Assurance:
1. We desing and manufacture almost all inserts of the molds, at the meantime, each inserts will be inspected when it was made out, and before assembly.
2. We will use high quality standard of steel for the molds.
3. Besides molds design and making, we also do business ot production products and factory was equipped with stampped machines and injection machines,
so that we will 100% set molds are well working in production machines with enough samples production trial, before we deliver the molds.
4. We have experienced engineers who will support molds assembly technical support aftersale.
Samples Request:
free samples of products will be provided for custom so that customer can approve molds according to samples.
Payment terms:
We will charge 30~50% of done payment, rest payment will be clear before mold delivered.
